Product Availablity
All items are shipped the same business day (Monday through Friday) that you order as long as the order is placed before 3:30pm Pacific Time, and as long as we have that particular item in stock. We stock almost every size of every item. If the item happens to be out of stock, we will do our best to notify you immediately upon receipt of that order.Catalogs
Our best catalog is this online catalog. It is the most complete catalog, including everything we have. If you do require a print catalog be sure and request the brand you need so we know what to send you. Please note that our print catalogs are just a sample of the items and are not as complete as this website.Credit Card Charges
We charge your card when we ship out the item. If the item you want is not in stock we will notify you by email and ask if you'd like to wait for it. We will then charge your card when we have it in stock and are shipping it out.Your Credit Card billing statement will read "Steel Blaze" for any transaction you make on this website.
Watch Straps
We sell replacement watch straps. When ordering please either tell us the model number of the watch or give as much description as possible so we know which band to send you. Also, if you are just ordering watch straps, please choose Watch Strap Shipping during checkout and you will not be charged for shipping.Fraudulent Order Protection
Please be aware that because of the many fraudulent orders that people have made, we are now contacting customers when they order and provide a different shipping address and shipping name. We also will contact you automatically when your order exceeds $300. We will make every effort to contact you the day of your order so it does not delay the shipping. Please make sure you provide us with an accurate e-mail address and phone number. This is for our customer's protection.
