RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Steel Blaze, LLC stands behind their merchandise 100%. Although highly unlikely, if you are not happy with your selection, you may return it within 21 days of original ship date for return or exchange.

For returns, your credit card will be credited with the full purchase amount.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For exchanges, if there is a difference in price, your original credit card will be charged the difference or refunded the difference upon receipt of exchanged merchandise.

All items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped, undamaged and unused. We cannot accept any items back that have been worn or scratched. Please inspect each item carefully before shipping them back to us.

FINAL SALE ITEMS & SPECIAL ORDERS

All sales are final on sale items and/or special order items. No returns or exchanges can be offered on these types of items. Special order items include items that are not available for immediate order on our website, including special sizes.

Henrich Denzel Sale Items can be exchanged if item has not been worn or you may receive store credit for later use. We cannot except returns on Henrich Denzel items.

GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Please send back merchandise with either a copy of the invoice or a note with your name and original order number clearly written on it. If you are making an exchange, please note the item you would like instead.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

It is almost time for holiday season and we understand many people like to shop early for presents. If you are purchasing a Christmas/Hanukkah present, please indicate that in the comments section of the order form. We will waive the normal 21-day return/exchange policy. You or the recipient will have until January 15, 2010 to return/exchange the item if it was intended as a holiday gift.

Please note this does NOT apply to final sale items.
