Raphael Cohen founded Universal Watch Co., Inc. in 1994, previously being a jewelry retailer for several years. With Universal Watch Co., Inc., he brought Americans the fun themes in Akteo Swiss Watches, The tough beauty of Boccia Titanium Watches and Jewelry, the pureness of TeNo Stainless Steel Jewelry, Watches and Accessories, and The perfect finish of The TitanFactory. Now, Raphael brings his knowledge of what the consumer desires to the table from his extensive history in the industry.

After visiting with his friend, Bezalel Ambar (the original creator of the princess cut diamond), Raphael was encouraged and inspired from Bez's new diamond cut creation- "BLAZE." From that, he invented the concept of "Steel Blaze" and took off rolling from there.
